S&C’s health and wellness benefits vary across the company’s locations, but all offer multiple options for quality medical coverage, allowing Team Members to choose the plan that is best for their needs and their families’ needs. - Eligible after 90 days of employment
- Pre-tax contributions up to 50% of pay to S&C’s 401(k) plan
- Participant-directed investment through a variety of funds to diversify their 401(k) account
- S&C matches 50% of employee contributions—up to 6% of pay—to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan
- S&C makes annual contribution equal to 3% of pay to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan
- 100% vested after two years of continuous employment

- Vacation: 2 to 4 weeks, depending on years of service and/or experience
- Holidays: 15 paid holidays that include 8 national holidays, 2 floating holidays scheduled by S&C, and Holiday Shutdown, which allows 9 to 12 calendar days of continuous time off during the holiday period at the end of the year
- Sick: Additional variable sick days for Hourly, Monthly, and Annual team members
