How To Fantasy Draft In Franchise
Start a new Offline or Online Franchise as any team.
At the Customize screen following team selection, choose the “Starting Point” option and select “Fantasy Draft” from the options that pop up.
When you begin your Franchise, you will be prompted to start the Fantasy Draft.

How To Trade In Franchise
After starting a Franchise, look in the Activities list of the Home tab in the Franchise Hub for “Manage Roster”.
Within those options you will find the “Trade Center”, where you can perform trades with other teams.
Note: By default, the Week 8 trade deadline is enforced and can be turned off in Franchise Settings. If the trade deadline is enabled, this option will disappear after Week 8 until the offseason.

How To Use Custom Playbooks/Roster
How to use Custom Playbooks
Create your Playbook in the front end outside of Franchise, and when you are in Team Select of your Season Game (where you can change your uniform), toggle to the Offensive or Defensive Playbook option and your custom playbook should be present when scrolling through the list of available playbooks.
How to use Custom Roster
Ensure the roster you would like to use is currently loaded and active in the main Madden menu (downloaded via Madden Share or local edits), and when creating a Franchise choose the “Use Active Roster” option
Online: Use Active Roster (not Pick Your Week)
Offline: Custom Roster

How to Invite another User to Your Online Franchise
Once you’ve created an online franchise, navigate to the Options tab at the top of the screen and select Members. Select the team the user you’re inviting would like to control and choose Invite User. From here, you will be able to able to invite by either entering a specific User ID or by selecting them from your friends list.

How to sign Free Agents during the Offseason?
Access the Free Agency Hub through the Sign Free Agents Activity during any of the 3 Free Agency Stages (weeks) of the Offseason. From the Hub select any Player and create a custom or select from the preset contract offers to Submit a deal. Players will accept or reject deals if the user manually Triggers an Evaluations (3 available per Stage) or upon Week Advancement.

What is Player Interest?
All players are now assigned 3 Motivations. How your team aligns with these Motivations will add up to a final Interest of that player to your team. Interest is used when determining how likely a player is to sign a market value offer with that team during Re-Sign or in Free Agency.
