PatientLink is CAMC’s patient portal. A patient portal allows you to electronically access your health records and other information about your care. Once you are enrolled in PatientLink, you can use it from your computer, tablet or phone. PatientLink is convenient, free and secure. If you need assistance, any time day or night, please call (877) 621-8014.
Attention Greenbrier Valley Medical Center patients - depending on your visit dates, you may need to use different patient portals to access your data. Please use the links below to select the correct portal.

Attention Plateau Medical Center patients -
For visits 6/1/2024 or after, you will use Patientlink.
To access your records for visits prior to 6/1/2024, you will still use the previous portals.
If you are formerly a Patient of Greenbrier Physicians Inc., please use the following link to access your records from the My Health Record portal.
To get access to CAMC PatientLink, you can enroll at registration during your next visit to CAMC.
When you give your email address and a secret question and answer to our registration representative, you will receive an email to finish the enrollment process. After you complete those steps, you will be directed to log into the patient portal.
Your invitation email will be valid for 90 days.
If you choose not to enroll on-site, you can complete self-enrollment. You must know your Medical Record Number.
PatientLink is a convenient way to view your medical records and other information about your care.
- Test results (lab, radiology, pathology)
- Medication lists
- Allergies and immunizations
- Summaries of your inpatient and outpatient visits
- Health information and education that your health care provider recommends
If you need help understanding an abbreviation in your record, view a list of common medical abbreviations.
If you are a patient of a CAMC-employed physician, you can use PatientLink to send a message to your physician and staff, and request appointments and prescription renewals.
*Please do not use messaging within PatientLink for urgent or emergent issues. Please call your physician’s office if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours.

Invitations to the patient portal are valid for 90 days. If your invitation has expired or if you need to have an invitation resent to you, please email patientlink_support@camc.org. When requesting portal access, please email us the patient's full name, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your social security number.
Most password resets can be done by the user within the patient portal by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.
If you are unable to reset your password, please call Cerner Support at (877) 621-8014. They can also assist with basic navigational and functional support, and are available 24/7.
If you have questions about proxy account access or the proxy access forms, please visit the proxy account information page or email patientlink_support@camc.org.
If you have questions about your test results, you should follow up with your physician. The information you see inPatientLinkdoes not replace a conversation with your doctor.
