@GetSpectrum customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Store manager has the worst service I have ever experienced store gave us package with equipment missing made us drive there 3 times with gas prices 4 dollars per gallon. I missed a whole day of work. Did not even apologize.

@Ask_Spectrum just informed that I won’t have Wi-Fi for 150 days due to permits. I’m bundled with a cell and streaming service how does this change billing and length of deal? Am I expected to pay for service I don’t have ? Do I still get discounts for cell service?
