I’ve had @GetSpectrum internet for two weeks today and the internet has already gone out necessitating a tech visit. They’ll be here tomorrow at 11am so 48 hours without internet at least; less than two weeks of service and here we are. Not great.

@Ask_Spectrum 5pm watching baseball game then suddenly a loud bang from down the street and my game freezes. Cable and Internet instantly out. Kudos to you for texting subscribers saying it’s being worked on, but after two more alerts and now out until 10:30pm. Unacceptable.

ngl the internet in my area is so bad @ATT gives 60 ping Ethernet and I’m in cali, @GetSpectrum gives me 20 ping and 40% packet loss. What ******** get ur **** together
