While I’m at it I’ll also say that the way large communications companies continue to mislead and manipulate customers is terrible. It’s not just @ATT. We’re on @Xfinity and they’re just as bad at customer service & loyalty.

If you’re thinking about switching to an @ATT 5G plan, don’t bother. An ATT store agent assured us that we could switch plans to get 5G service at a lower price. First bill came in and it was 40% more. 😳 After two hours with @ATTHelp I switched back to my old plan.

I used to work for @ATT the service I get from people is ridiculous. Attitudes, mistrust,taking off a plan I put on my account then requested it and was told no.Anything simple I ask to do has been a struggle.That’s why customers went to me, never treat them how I’ve been treated

@tess__uhhh @ATT @verizon Before my phone was paid off I was paying $130 a month for unlimited data. Once the payments on the phone were done I was down to $99 a month. Now I have unlimited data better service (Verizon was terrible at the school I teach at) and it’s $50 a month.

@ATTCares I am done with your service and exorbitant fees. Couldn’t send messages with 3-4 bars of LTE all day yesterday and now have no cell service. This is happening too often and need to add 2 lines which was quoted at additional $90. After 12 years, leaving you this week.
