If I was #johnstankey I'd invest into a cloud based infrastructure. Is sucks having @ATT email semi-comlatible with @Yahoo but both services absolutely obsolete and incompatible with @Office365 and @googledrive. This gives more accounts than storage.

@ATT and @DIRECTV seem to just be sucking up my money. Cellphone, business internet, home satellite bundle... Egregious service gaps all around. Logins, passwords, apps, appointments all seem to breakdown along the way. Our house burns down and @ATT service compounded the stress.

@ATT worst internet service. Excuse by att tech. Sent tech 4 times in 3 months. Dropping internet 5-7 times a day, disconnects phone, tv. Other friends are having same issue but att telling me only me. Lie. 11 years with them & 4 months very frustrating. Pass this message

@ATT @DIRECTV tell me why I should pay $104/mo for your services, when I can get the same desired content through your @directvnow streaming service for $55/mo. Even if I pay your cancellation fee of $240, roughly 6 mos I recoup that in savings. Saving me $240 in the first year.

@ATTCares I am done with your service and exorbitant fees. Couldn’t send messages with 3-4 bars of LTE all day yesterday and now have no cell service. This is happening too often and need to add 2 lines which was quoted at additional $90. After 12 years, leaving you this week.

@ATT you have complicated a very simple transfer of billing responsibility and your customer reps are not well trained to handle this. Either you train them or don’t expect a cancellation fee!
